Mrs. Francisca Agyeman is the Registrar of the Institute for Land Management, a position she has held from 2017 to date.
In terms of her career history, Francisca started as a Secretary to the Palos Constructions Company from 2000-2002. She also worked at the Tour Operators Union Ghana (TOUGHA) as an Administrative Manager for 3years (2004-2007). For ten years, she held the position of Director at the Classique Journey Tours between 2005 and 2015. She was the Director of the Royal Heritage Lodge (2005-2015). She also worked as the Mission’s Coordinator at the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) from 2007-2010. She was the Director of the Palace Pre-University College (2015-2017).
Francisca has certificates in Office Management and Secretarial Administration specializing in Typing and Stenography. She has a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from Griffith University, Australia. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Griffith University, Australia. Francisca has an Advanced Diploma in Sales and Marketing from the Society of Sales & Marketing, London, and a BSc in Marketing Degree from the Institute of Professional Studies (IPS).
She is the Founder and President of the Olive Ladies Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that seeks to build the character of young ladies in the society to make them responsible women and wives in their future matrimonial homes. She is also a Marriage Counselor and a Relationship Coach. Francisca is married with three wonderful children and lives in Accra, the capital city of the Republic of Ghana.
